Questions
What counts as a minute?
Minutes are the length of the videos you process. A 30-minute podcast uses 30 minutes, however many clips it produces. Minutes reset on the 1st of each month.
What if processing fails?
Press Retry on the video. It picks up where it stopped, and retries never use extra minutes.
Is Unlimited really unlimited?
Yes — there's no monthly cap on minutes. To keep processing fast for everyone, each account can have up to 3 videos processing at once, and each video can be up to 4 hours long.
Do clips have a watermark?
No. Not on any plan, including Free.
Which links work?
YouTube videos that are public or unlisted. Private, members-only, and age-restricted videos can't be fetched.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Billing in two clicks. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
Will my launch price go up?
No. The price you subscribe at is the price you keep for as long as your subscription stays active.
